Default Pro Tools HD 11.1.3 Access Violation

Hi I just purchased Pro Tools HD 11. I registered with Avid and downloaded it and installed it on my computer just fine. I also registered with iLok and activated my account.

So the first time I went to launch the program everything loaded fine, but right before it was about to create the session this error message popped up:

"Could not create a new document because Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x0000000000000010."

I've searched all over the internet and couldn't find any solutions. I uninstalled pro tools and cleaned all files or anything dealing with Avid from my computer then I reinstalled it, but the same error message keeps coming up. I have no idea what to do and I could really use some help.

My computer is a Toshiba Satellite running the windows 7 OS. It is a 64bit version.

Please let me know if you need anymore information thank you!

I get those pretty frequently as well, but it's a different address number (which, sorry to say, I don't have at hand) but I DID notice that's it's always the same location number. I get this while recording, and when it does it, I delete that track, start recording over again, and everything works just fine. It seems like a "once it has it out of its' system" occurrence, because after it's done it once, it doesn't do it again in that particular session. And I ONLY get it when I'm recording. Wondering if it's hitting a bad sector on the hard drive?

After reading your reply I checked my drive for any bad sectors. No bad sectors came up and its still not working. Any other suggestions?
