iLOK PROBLEM

I PURCHASED THE MBOX2 PRO. WENT THRU ALL THE STEPS TO INSTALL AND REGISTER. WHEN LAUNCHING PRO-TOOLS,THE SYSTEM SEEMS NOT TO RECONGIZE THE LICENSE ON MY iLOK. CAN'T OPEN MY PLUG-INS ON iLOK!

Not all plugins/software included on the installation CD are included with the basic mbox purchase. As a matter of fact, usually, unless you purchased the factory bunble, there isn't even an ilok included with the mbox.

Which plugin specifically?

i did purchase the mbox2 pro factory bundle (which came w/the ilok key). when i sign-in at ilok.com, i can see a list of plug-ins on my key. but when i try to enter into protools, the message says ther aren't any licenses on the key. i tried re-installing the software,and using different usb ports.(all usb port are working proply).could it be that the plug-ins on the system are "trial" only, and that i need to delete them, then try my ilok?
