Default Transfer of ownership...

I recently bought a perpetual Pro Tools license and an M-Box Pro 3 off eBay but there hasn't been a transfer of ownership of either the software or hardware yet which I have requested from the seller, even saying that I will pay for any fees. The seller seems hesitant to transfer the ownership for some reason (I have been hassling him for a couple of weeks now) and was wondering what the best course of action would be.

Any help would be appreciated.

- Daz.

Was it in the eBay terms of sale? If so, you can get eBay to enforce it.
Otherwise, it's up to the seller to do it or not. Or you return it all.

For all you know, the seller could be hesitant because he/she stole the ilok and interface and therefore can't do the transfer.

"Mbox Pro 3 complete with Pro Tools 12 full version perpetual license and new iLok. Will transfer account on purchase. Little used, stored when not used. Like new but no original box. Currently not used."

Yup. Complain through eBay's messaging system and then to eBay if there's no response. But you are running out of time to make these complaints to eBay. If you've done it through the messaging system (that way eBay can see your communication) inform the seller you'll be seeking eBay's involvement. If still nothing is done in 24 hours, complain directly to eBay.
