LOL.. apple offered me $430 for my macbook pro, 2.8ghz i7 quad core, 1TB ssd, that cost 3799 refurb 2 years ago. LOL!

I can get 2 grand on ebay for sure.

What an insult. 3rd party resellers have a couple 10% off sales a year, which is more discount than what they offer for a perfectly functional macbook that benches very closely behind the 2017 quad core on geekbench.. that was rude. I expected at least 1000.. They would sell it minimum 2499 for sure (AU).

Kinda blows the argument that electronic gear especially apple stuff is most expensive here in Oz than the rest of the world. Geee I bet they wished they had of thought that through a bit better a couple of hundreds years ago when the motherland decided to send us convicts downunder..... a) they didn’t realise it was freaking paradise!!!! b) Apple gear will be cheaper hahahaha

Interesting, take away the international transfer fee and that about the same amount extra they pay for the equivalent in the UK.....
