Hi,..what is the best way to quantize guitar arpeggios with sustained notes...

I'm sure you could technically do that with EA or BD, but I'd say you'd save yourself a headache if you got a better performance instead. I am assuming, of course, that the guitarist was playing an arpeggiated riff and didn't stay in time, correct?
Remember, that all the plugi-ins, BD, and EA in the world will only mask a poor performance.

Elastic Audio will probably do the trick for you. Check out the Digi videos and search around on Youtube too. There's a lot of videos to point you the right way.
