003 rack host light blinks

Hello to all of you,

My problem is :
003 rack, was working were i tested it.
On my laptop, installation is ok but
when i launch pro tools LE 7.4cs10 (internet explorer 8 removed, with new ilock driver), the host light doesn't stay on. It switches from on to off to on.
I succeeded to register pro tools, but then when trying to record, it said that i had a problem with the clock.
Now, pro tools doesn't even go to the end of the launching bar because the 1394 host light switches back off before the end.
I use a new fw express card with TI chipset.
What could be the trouble? my macway hardrive (oxford chipset) also doesn't mount correctly (it appears on the desktop but i can't get in - systems gives an error message).

I tried everything digi says to try, without effect.
Is there something here i don't see?

Please help! I'm totally stuck.

I also have to menion that this laptop working very well with my previous setup : Mbox and PT LE 6.9.

First, try different firewire cables. Are you using internal clock?

yes i tired different FW cables.
The clock is internal audio clock.
My Mbox is working fine with PTLE 7.4cs10

Apart from the Xpress card that is not digi aproved, is there anything strange in my laptop report that wouldn't let the FW port to perform correctly?

It doesn't appear either of these have a TI chipset - did you have your expresscard plugged in while running the Sandra report? Which expresscard are you using, specifically?

Hi,
I had the Xpress card running, It is the first on the list. The seller told me it was indeed a Texas Instrument chipset, but i now have a feeling that the card has some problem.

The SIIG card is only sold in the U.S.; didn't find any dealer around here.

For you guys in Europe, What Express card works for you?

Got a new FW Xpress card with TI chipset from Lindy. Same results.
I cannot get my hard drive to word nomally with the firewire ports either. What the hell is going on in this computer.
Reinstalled everything from scratch: nothing worked.
Digi support is really stinking. Anyway...
