Do you have any tracks record enabled? That would be the only time that you could use this feature, I believe.

I don't think it lets you enable that when you have a 96/24 session open... i could be mistaken though. I run my stuff at 48/24 and i can always select it... Although i never turn it on since I run my sessions at 64buff

Sorry, that was a shot in the dark, and I just checked and no you do not need to have a track record enabled. I will keep checking, though.

Sorry, I'm an idiot. Hit the button twice. I'll go away now.

Hi Rail,

What is the Sticky Trouble Shooting Thread.
I'm trying to solve the same issue. 002 6.7
In Options , Low latency is there, in fact twice. But is not bold.
I can't select it.

Thanks,

Jeff

The General Troubleshooting thread is a thread that is "stuck" at the top of this forum. It is thought that by "sticking" it to the top of the forum that it should be one of the first things that anybody sees when viewing these topics about LE for Windows. Apparently, that idea doesn't work at all because so many people overlook it. I'm guessing you found this year old thread by using the search feature, though? That is a great thing; someone actually using the search feature.

We're constantly adding links to it in separate threads like this one, IMHO unnecessarily.

Here's what the link looks like: General Troubleshooting - Pro Tools 6 & 7 Win XP

Click it and it will take you where you need to be.
