Strike plug in missing

Just installed protools12.8.2 along with First Air instruments and no Strike plug in has arrived. Upgraded from 11.3. Any suggestions welcome.

The bad news: Strike is a paid-for extra VI (not included with Pro Tools).
The good news: Strike is included with AIEP3 Complete:
