iLok License Surrender Issues

Believe me, 10 would not work without a license, so you MUST have had a 10+11 license bundle when you upgraded to 11. The only thing you would have lost, which we all have lost, is the ability to run 9, assuming you had a 9+10 bundle, which you should have had if you previously upgraded from 9 to 10.

My apologies, after first installing Pro Tools 9 and receiving an iLok error and seeing "surrendered" licenses in my iLok account I jumped the gun, after a clean install of Pro Tools 10 everything is running fine. For whatever reason I assumed 9 had to be installed first, everything is in order here!

i keep getting this ilok authorization missing message. when i look in ilok manager the authorization thats missing is back in my acct n says expired how do i get that back on my ilok ?....

If it's expired you need to renew your subscription. Avid's store or a reseller like Sweetwater can help you.
