i considered newegg looks great but was concerened if power output would be an issue as we are 240, also may get a hit for tax at customs too
the 2 boards are identical in appearance and all that the reviews say is that the premium disapates heat better asus site no longer shows the deluxe barr the ddr3 model but not quite ready for that

i followed the lead of sunburst and a few others and built using the P5K Deluxe Wifi. it's a great board. check out some of the feedback in the other CORE2 thread. also the link i posted for you is from the ASUS global site, not the US

deluxe = ATI crossfire technology
premium = AMD crossfire technology

again, i would suggest checkin' the other CORE2 thread. that is where you'd find the compilation of results of most of the builds. sorry i don't have a definitive answer out of the one's you have to choose from.

one thing to note...the AGERE FW has proven to be compatible with the 002. but i don't think that is the case with the VIA FW chipset. just somethin' to note as you research the mobo's

no problem my friend. i know sunburst has some things on his plate that keep him from checkin' in right now. but i'm sure he'll give you some feedback when he can. and it seems like you made a good choice. also it's good that you posted in the other CORE2 thread since that is the one that is the more active and the one where i'm updatin' results of builds done by DUC'ers. good luck and keep us posted in that thread
