Default Eleven Rack Amp/Cab not showing up

Does anyone know why the amp/cab section is not showing up in Pro Tools 10?
It just started doing this the past week. It works fine in the standalone version of the Eleven Rack editor but in Pro Tools it has a weird symbol where the amp should be. And not matter what I do I can't get it to change.

Here you go, wrote about this back in 2012

Basically, the integrated editor is using UI files for the stock Eleven Rack. You have an upgraded Eleven Rack (ERXP) and the integrated editor does not have files to reference the new amps and effects. You can run the ERXP updater to fix this. Or I think 10.1 includes the updated files.

Or, just use the standalone editor even when Pro Tools is open.

Thanks but I tried it and it did not work. I already had the current firmware because I am also using it on a newer Mac with a newer os. That’s probably were the problem started. Since it has the new firmware.

You need to run the first part of the ERXP installer, not the firmware upgrade. The first part installs the updated files for display. Although, why not just use the Standalone editor when you want to use the editor?

You are right. I can just use the standalone editor.

But I did run the first part of the ERXP installer and it didn't fix it. And I didn't update my firmware because it was already updated to the current version when I setup PT 11 on another computer using the 11R.
