Artist Transport Shuttle not working after EuCon 3.7 Update

Dear all -

I'm hoping to get some help from someone in the know.
I have an Artist Transport which runs perfectly on Eucon 3.6.1 powering my Protools 12 and Cubase 9.5 installations.
I am on Windows 10 64bit. Latest firmware installed on the transport.

When I upgraded to Eucon 3.7 recently (from 3.6.1) the jog shuttle has stopped working both in Protools 12 and in Cubase 9.5. Everything else works just fine. In Pro Tools 12 I can get some "shuttle" functions by engaging the "jog shuttle" soft key and then using the key pad. That's odd and unpractical.

Just this morning in uninstalled Eucon 3.7 and re-installed Eucon 3.6.1 and the back to Eucon 3.7 to confirm the issue.

Any help/insights would be most appreciated.

Regarding EuControl 3.7... I can confirm that the Shuttle function is broken while using the Transport in Cubase 9.5.1

I have exactly the same problem.
Artist Transport Firmware : 1.1.8.0
EuControl version : 3.7.0.38
OSX 10.13.2
Pro Tools HD 12.8.3
