i give up Hackintosh !
Now im not shure If my old Digidesign PCI-X Work with this motherboard !
any Ideias ?
My New PC .
Motherboard ASUS Z97-A / Windows 8 / Protools HD 10
2 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 or dual x8)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x2 mode)
2 x PCIe 2.0 x1 *1
2 x PCI

CPU : Intel Core Intel i7 4790K 4.0Ghz Quad-Core

this 2 PCI are a real PCI ?
I dont no, if my Digidesign PCI-X card work !
a non Native card have channels limit for Mixing.
i install Protools HD 10 in PC But i dont have the same channels, like my old Protools HD 7 in my MAC G5 with a Normal Soundcard.
My MAC G5 is dying.
Native card its to expensive,i Make a credit for pay the Old card PCIX with INTERFACE.
When i finish pay the Credit of course i buy the NATIVE , More power. But Now ! i need Mix my Songs

I looked up that MB on Newegg and I didn't see in the specs where it said it supports PCI-X natively. Which means it would be a no go. I dont see the chipset at all. You need B85 or Q87 chipsets which does support PCIX. G5s are so cheap now days and pcix expansion chassis are too
