Can't download new version of Eucon - Avid Pro Audio Community

Can't download new version of Eucon

Updated PT to 2018.4, so I now also need the newest version (18.3) of Eucon...went to my d/l page, and whenever I click on it, it downloads 1.0MB, then stops and does nothing. Left it for quite some time, tried several times and the same result. Anyone experiencing this, and/or is there somewhere else I can get the file?
