Uninstalling Instrument Expansion Pack

Sadly Avid make it pretty much impossible to actually get in touch to ask them, so wonder if anyone here can help please.

I want to do a clean uninstall of Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack and all content. Is there a simple method/uninstaller program?

Or do I have to trawl through it manually?

On Mac it is a manual uninstall / on windows you go through a remove programs procedure in the control panels.

That said. Sorry to see you find it hard to get in touch with Avid support. It should not be impossible at all. If your comment implies that you have to buy an ASC code or one of the other paid support options to get personalized support then yes - that type of support is not free.

Regards to support, I could not find a simple way to ask support about this product, without having to pay. Please can you direct me to a link or email to get general support?

For other products including PT10HD I did have a support code and tried a number of times (after at first opening a dialogue successfully) to resolve my issues, but never got a response. One of the support staff even gave me his personal Avid email, but then did not reply either. Pro Tools is a superb product, but my own personal experience with after sales support has being very mixed, to be honest.
