Default Problems actually buying Pro Tools

Hi,
I've just tried to buy the latest version of PT, and after going through the process seemingly normally and purchasing the year subscription, I can't access it in any way and can find absolutely no information on why this might be. It said that I would be emailed download links and I haven't, and it hasn't appeared in my AVID application manager. But, funnily enough, my account has been debited the money. They are also not responding to my support case.
What has happened to this company? Rubbish.
Anyone experienced anything similar?
