Default ISRC/UPC/MCN codes? CD Text?

When you send out a mastered Redbook CD-R to a duplicator, do you usually include:
1. CD Text
2. ISRC codes
3. UPC code
4. MCN code
I'm mastering with PT and burning Redbooks with Sony CD Architect. Thanx.
