Default D COMMAND Custom Faders "Groups" question

Hi everybody
Thanks for your amazing help on this forum
I am starting using my D command.... how did I live without it

I have one basic question that i really can’t solve for now

When entering CUSTOM FADER “groups” my PT groups never appear anywhere (the one in my session)
I only see the Custom group appearing on the second row of controls (when pressing more than one second the button ”Groups”)
Did I miss something inside protools it self (grp preference maybe?)
A pref inside my Dcommand ?
How can I check if I have the lastest firmware ?
I am using a D Command ES (main unit only ) and PT 2019.5 Ultimate

Thanks for your help
Phil
