can't download...can't install....my computer is possesed....call the exorcist

I registered my account. I go to the PTFree download page. Enter my information, it actually goes through. Then I click to download, and I get "Access denied by access control list." This happens for a few days, then the lik dies. Nothing at all-zip, nada, zilch-happens when i click it. My friend logs on to my account and downloads it no trouble. Burns it onto a disk. I go to install it, and i get " this file is not a valid win32 application" or "there is no disk in the drive" or the window pops up and says it couldn't detect a valid installation of PTF on my computer (Duh, that's why i'm running the install app..." so any help would be appreciated. thanks.
