PT HD3/10.3/OSX10.6/not seeing I/O

I cant seem to get PT to see the Apogee Symphony I/0...

I have digi tested cards... all working... I/O in PT mode

Called Apogee and they think it is the cards... what else can I do to test the cards? I have swapped out Dig cable just to make sure, to a brand new cable.
the I/O does not show up in hardware, in Audio setup, anywhere....

any suggestions?

Get an Avid interface and see if that works. Remember that any third party's I/O (including Apogee's) appears as an Avid interface because they hacked the DigiLink protocol.

question #1 what is HD asset on iLok? R u saying i need the apogee symphony on the iLok?

I have hard a working HD 3 system for years... decided to get the Symphony I/O when I moved my studio from commercial space to my home...

I will have to dig out my old 192's to try? not sure it will work they are 10 years old.... this is more of a pain then its worth...

Apogee tells me its Protools... and protools I cant get on phone....
