Haw to buy software for HD

I got second hand PCI cards.
I got I-Lok with it with the program Pro Tools HD 7 .A, but i don't have a password and i cannot find a person, who sold it to me to get my pass. What shall i do to get from you software Pro Tools HD 9 or higher one for my cards? Help me, please. Thank you, Dmitriy.

buy pro tools 9 or 10 and buy my CPTK which is in the FOR SALE section. CPTK and non HD software gives you Full HD features

No, don´t think so.
He needs proper HD software.

What you are saying is that he will get the same features as HD when running native but he is going to use his HD cards and therefore of course he needs HD software.

I don't think you are right. HD software is the same as non HD software. CPTK just enables the bits that get turned off by not being HD. I have run HD sessions with HD cards with my CPTK ilok in and when I remove the ilok, the session closes down as the authorization is no longer there.

Ok, anyway it is a bad advice , it will cost him loads of money.
Look after PT HD9 or even PT HD10 software on ebay and there are plenty of PT 8HD software which would be just fine, even new PT8HD software which is as good as pt hd9 can be found in stores for like $299 usd or less.

Wrong. PT 10 with a CPTK gives non HD users most of the HD functions, but you need a PTHD asset on your iLok to run HD hardware. CPTK won't get it.

Pro tools and pro tools HD are two different licenses. Pt with complete is not the same on a tdm system.

Complete gives you most of the hd features.
