Default HD9 H/W Buffer Size only goes down to 128

I have a question that I just seem to get no answer from digi on. I have already spent a few $100 on pro access phone support.

I have a quad core Nehalem that I have run previous versions of PT HD on and had been able to have H/W buffer sizes down to 64, and up to 8192.

Now that I have 9 HD I am only able to have 128 as my lowest and 1024 as my highest.

Does anyone know why I can't have anything below 128 and above 1024???

I might be wrong but I believe going lower ( 64 ) has to do with dsp/voice settings per chip, and higher values are attached to higher sample rates. Apologies if I am misunderstanding.
