Default Midi timing lag anyone???

Hello. Since my upgrade to version 8 everything has been going very well. Until today. For some reason, since I started working today, I am getting a lag between notes played (on either keyboard I use using regular MIDI cables or using USB inputs for MIDI) and the notes responding from the sound modules!

tracks that I have already recorded sound fine and time perfect. It just is happening now on input. I don`t think I changed any settings that I am aware of. Any ideas???? Thanks, GM
