Seeking hardware recommendations
Hello,
I've been using an older Mac Pro (vintage 2010 w/two CPU's) with a MOTU 2408 interface which requires a PCIe slot and only has quarter inch inputs. I am thinking of doing an upgrade to both the Mac Pro trashcan model to get Thunderbolt and go with a different interface that is USB vs. Firewire. Now that Apple has updated the Mac Pro, I'm hoping that the prior model will drop in price and I am looking for recommendations on the best interface that provides both quarter inch and XLR inputs. Thanks for any advice. |

Re: Seeking hardware recommendations
Since you're looking at thunderbolt, why not check out the Focusrite Clarett range?
