SynthMaster 2.5 coming to RTAS, soon :)

Hi everyone,

It's been a long time since I havent posted here. My team has been quite busy with finishing up SynthMaster 2.5, and next week you'll hear about it in the news.

I am glad to announce that finally we are starting work on porting it to RTAS

Hopefuly in 1-2 months we should have a "Beta" version to test it out. I cant promise if we release the Windows or MacOSX version yet, but if things go well, it'll be both

Hi again folks,

We managed to build SynthMaster 2.5 RTAS instrument on Windows 7 32 bits, and it runs perfectly under ProTools 9. Now we'll concentrate on getting it to work on Mac OSX 10.6.7 (Snow Leopard):

We are hoping to release it at the beginning of March, and until then it has to be tested extensively. We will need "beta" testers, with the following configurations:

Windows 7 PT9
Windows 7 PT10
MacOSX 10.6 PT9
MacOSX 10.6 PT10
MacOSX 10.7 PT9
MacOSX 10.7 PT10

Limitations of this demo version:

• Saving presets to individual preset files is disabled
• Mutes output and emits white noise every 60 seconds
• Comes with 150 factory presets (demo users can check out the remaining factory presets from the online presets browser though)

Known Issues:

• On MacOSX, changing knob values with mouse doesnt work, although mouse wheel works just fine.

Just released an update for MacOSX version, 2 fixes:

Fixed: Changing knobs with mouse doesnt work (it works now but the UI isnt updated until mouse button is released)

Fixed: Occasionally there were hanging notes
