Question Export problem in Pro Tools 7.4

I recently made the switch between Nuendo 3.2 to Protools 7.4

I have a problem when I try to export...
I click (File) - (export) - Selected tracks as new AAF/OFM
But then I have a error window saying :

One or more of the selected tracks use elastic audio processing
and cannot be exported. Please disable Eleastic Audio Processing
in order to render change to disk.

How to disable the elastic audio?

The only way I was able to export a audio file is by clicking on (file) - (bounce to) - (disk)
But I don't think it's the correct way to export...Right?

And is it normal that pro tools read all the song during the export? (It's very long process sometime...)
