Ptools LE 6.4 lockup to DA-88

Does anyone have suggestion (or is it even possible) to lock up a DA-88 (with all the right synch boards in place) to a G5 - PTLE 6.4 - Digi 002 w/ DV Toolkit set-up. I see some options for Machine Control, but everything looks MIDI based. I have experience locking up with my prior version of PTools TDM - USD, that worked like a charm all the time.
I need to layoff a finished mix for video session, long form 1 hour 40 min. pgm.
