Default Monitor volume control

Is the only way to control the volume of the outs 1&2 on the S3 to hit L page and R page at the same time and enter the setup?

Yep. Its actually quite intuitive once you get into it.

Also, good behaviour is to align your monitors and then don't touch them, save for a predetermined DIM value.
