Output on 002 rack distorted!!! Help!
I just purchased an 002 rack and am having a little bit of a problem. Anytime the volume on the master fader peaks above -12 or so, the audio is real distorted. This is audible in every output, even the headphones, no matter how loud the physical level of the speakers/headphones is. Does anyone know what the deal is? I am using a PC but I'm hoping someone in this forum might be able to help me out. It seems like it is maybe a summation problem or something in ProTools. I've done a completely clean install.
Thanks, Jeremy |

Just wanted to let everyone know the hardware unit was a dud...I got it exchanged for a new one.
