How do I make the appropriate connections to use my K2 thru my 003r spdf channel?

Presuming you are after a dry signal? And are OK losing use of the rig processing for other signals? (Otherwise this is not that useful a setup, either use the Eleven Rack as the interface, or upgrade your main interface, look at an ADAT preamp, etc.)..

Open up the Eleven Rack User Guide.

Use the digital output split rig in/out mode described there to get the rig input set to one side of the (spiff and AES/EBU) digital outputs. Set the rig input to mic in.

You're going to need some kind of preamp with a digital output. On a budget, the ART Digital MPA is actually quite good. In the "amazing" class, the API A2D is worth a look

The Eleven Rack *is* an preamp with a digital output, if used as I describe above. Not a great one, (probably on par with a Mbox 3) but it's one. Since nothing is explained about the purpose here, who knows if a better quality preamp is justified or not.
