Do you have Media Composer installed on the same machine? I had a similar problem and Marianna reported somewhere else that it was due to old / outdated AMA plugins. I had to uninstall all AMA plugins and then install the latest versions of just the ones I needed. Solved it for me, but...your mileage may vary.
