Default Fast Track C600 Stretched Audio

Good day,

I've got a bit of a problem, My Fast Track C600 recently started playing all audio stretched like an old tape. What I've tried so far is..

1. Uninstall and reinstall the latest drivers.
2. Uninstall and install previous driver.
3. Unplugged everything including PC.
4. Try a different USB cable.
5. Try a different USB port
6. Try the interface on a different computer.

All attempts have been futile...

Please HELP!!! this is urgent

Do you have your sample rate set properly? Are you using this for your Windows sounds as well (YouTube, Media Player etc.), or exclusively for your DAW?

Hi, yeah I've got everything on default settings, even set the sample rate to 44.100/16bit and the same thing, what I notice is that if I plug the unit in only using the usb, it works for a while then starts to do the same, as soon as I plug in the power chord all the lights dim down a bit and the blue power led goes off, pc gives a message then saying usb device not recognised.

That sounds like a physical problem with the C600. Can you try it on another computer?

Yeah I tried it and did the same thing on there. Think I'll have to replace it...
