How To Activate Plug-ins included with Protools 11 Software

Hey whats going. Im having some trouble with protools 11 as far as activating the plug-ins that comes with the packaged Disc. I'm on an Apple Macbok pro OS X Yosemite 10.10.3, Protools 11.3 and am just wondering if anyone has had this issue.


I've activated protools with my iLok but when i go to boot protools it asks me to activate the plug-ins one by one and each and everytime i hit activate it says something along the lines of -->"You don't have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses there have activations avilable. You may need to visit The Avid Web site to get a license deposited to your account"

I've been all in my avid account. just cant seem to find what it is i need. has someone out there encountered this issue ? thanks

Which plugins? Do you have ANY plugins available? Is it possible that you installed optional plugins, not knowing they were optional(and require separate iLok licenses)?
