Default DIGI 002 Drivers

Just recently got protools 9 the other week as well as a DIGI 002 Rack a few days ago.

the drivers for the 002/003 that came on the disc didnt seem to install properly. when i got to system preferences i do not see the icon for the driver, and i cant find it on my computer. even with the updated driver on the site. doesnt show. it says install completed and it auto restarts. but nothing shows up!!

I dont understand why this is happening. I see the device in my audio/midi setup. i even tried installing pro tools after but the default 002 I/O settings werent even available.

Currently, my pro tools 9 is uninstalled. because they recommend you get the hardware drivers before hand. can someone please assist me i'm very confused.

Snow Leopard 10.6.6

I got it to work.

i used the upgraded driver. the only thing is i dont know where the drivers are stored?

when i had my mbox2; in system preferences- i would see mbox2 drivers, as well as other device drivers i had (line6 hardware, etc).

i have no idea where the 002 is stored. i checked the library in my mac HD, pro tools folders, apps, everywhere. it said it was saving to Mac HD but it's nowhere to be found. so strange. the whole time it was recoqnized in my audio/midi setup though as an audio device.

either way i managed to install protools and set up the i/o. everything seems to be running fine.

thanks everyone!
