Avid Master Account

i just got a free copy of Power Tools First from a USB interface, done with registering account on iLok and Avid. I tried logging my account in the AVID website and all is well, I can hook my email address and password BUT when I tried to use the same email and password in the App all I can get is this error

"There was a problem signing into the Avid Platform. Please check your credentials and try again. Error #500"

When I am in pro tools I can't open new project for it will not allow me to choose or create new session since I am not "Signed IN"

I am new to this kind of things and I do not have any clue on how to sort this matter so if anyone can help. PLEASE! would be much appreciated! THANKS

sorry about this but when i turned on and try using pro tools it magically signed me in, so this threads already sorted! thanks for viewing
