Wierd edit/mix window banking

This is a REAL problem. Whenever adding, duplicating, moving, using Show/hide or selecting tracks, PT slams the edit window to the top of the file. "Auto bank to selected track" is unchecked in the Eucon software. Currently this feature completely whacks out PT. Even with it unchecked it's not working properly. Constantly having to chase the program to find and refocus the attentioned track.
Avid, Any word on a fix for this issue?? Is this an S3/Eucon problem or a Pro Tools issue?

I stopped using our Artist Series controllers and dusted off a Command 8 instead. I can't be chasing that window in front of clients. I like the window logic of Control|24, Command 8, etc. It makes sense. We should be able to emulate that exactly in EuCon.

'sort of' workaround:

before adding/removing/ordering tracks, uncheck
-> preferences -> mixing -> controllers -> 'Edit Window Follows Bank Selection'

This issue still has not been solved in 11.3.2 Does anyone know if it got fixed in 12?

seriously Avid, fix this. If your programmer can't fix this in 5 minutes, fire him! how difficult can it be? This is like basic no-brainer coding...

Happens to me all the time... Hence why the various surface banking features which would be nice are essentially no feature because it's not something you can actually use without getting frustrated constantly...

I think the most frustrating thing in general is if all these more minor tweaks and fixes were actually implemented, we'd all really get to enjoy our expensive hardware so much more along with us controlling more things from the surfaces instead of constantly realizing things are still way way faster with a mouse.
