6090 Firewire bus reset error on a Mac G5 and Digi 002 Rack
I only found one search result that matches the -6090 error code in the database, and it refers to issues with recording to a FW800 drive with PT LE 7.3. We are not using a FW800 drive and we are running PT LE 7.1 Any ideas out there?
My client is only recording a SINGLE track on a Mac G5 2.7Ghz machine and receiving random buffer errors, and this was the latest one. I disabled one of the processors as there is a known issue with multi processors in the RTAS engine. I moved the firewire cable from the front to the back.

Have you tried a different drive and/or a different cable?
