panning automation lost when moving a region?
this is a surprise. 7.2 cs2.
I received a BG session from an editor, cut in 5.1 with a lot of panning built in. When I move a region around, in waveform view, to try to minimize tracks/voice use in the session, I see that the panning automation does not go with it. This completely sux. Is this normal? I was under the impression that when moving a region in the waveform "master" view, all automation, including plug in automation, would go with it, as long as you were moving it to a track with the same set-up. this is not true at all with panning automation. Is this a BUG? Damn. |
