Fast Track Ultra 8R Windows 10 drivers?

Will the M-audio Ultra 8R get a windows 10 driver or will the win 8 driver work?

But, I wouldn't jump right onto the Win10 bandwagon without testing it first (clone your drive before upgrading so you can roll back).

I've deleted my integral realtek sound driver and then install m box mini driver but it still dont work. You always say about protools i'm sorry but i dont mind anything about protools , we can forget any DAW my goal is listen music which i could not. Nobody can help me?

I got Fast track Ultra. Old driver for win 8 work. But with problems. I do loose sound now and again in games. So i need to change output in "playback devices" menu in Windows. don't know if it'l get fixed later.

I have the exact same problems and fix with my Ultra 8R under Windows 10. Nice to hear I am not the only one. It is annoying as hell and I really look forward to a driver update.

That said: It's not like Windows 10 came upon us out of nowhere, this is very shoddy device support. The driver should have been ready by August 2015 at the very least. The Ultra 8R is, as JoelG pointed out, to be supported until late 2018. I am this close to throwing it out and turning away from Avid/ M-Audio.

I have the same problem as MikeMaMan.
I have noticed with a lot of trial and error that the problem seems worse with things that use hardware acceleration. Flash and Firefox being major offenders. I have also turned off "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" off in advanced windows playback options. This has made the drop outs less frequent but it still happens once a day or so.

The quick solution is to disable and then re-enable the sound device in playback devices but obviously this is not ideal.

Since installing Win 10 64 last month I have had 4 blue screens of death. Each one giving some IRQ conflict error pertaining to M-audio drivers.

Hopefully when a proper driver is released the above issues will be solved.

I should also mention this is a clean install of win 10 64.
