Wow....I just ordered the upgrade online and come to the DUC to check out reviews. So I am wondering what to do at this point. Should I hold off on the upgrade until we get an all clear from iLok? I already sent in my $599 for the Pro Tools 10HD to Pro Tools 11HD upgrade. Avid, Please advisee....

I was saved by the PT HD11 trial. It contains HD 10 assets. Thank God! I have a session tomorrow

I have a problem where I had to surrender PT 9 and 10 bundle to activate 10 and 11. The iLok manager surrendered my license and then went nowhere. Finally, when I tried to activate 10 and 11 it told me I needed to surrender 9 and 10 and didn't have a valid license to surrender. I can see the license right there in iLok manager. So, I reinstalled the manager and rebooted per Avid CS instructions and now I've got a surrendered 9 and 10 license and the 10 and 11 license has completely disappeared. Not good. I have work to do this weekend. I need some kind of PT to be able to do it. Please help.

I would wait. This is a nightmare. It's maybe not Avid's fault, but this is not a situation where either company can send everyone home for the weekend, we need to be up and running ASAP, as musicians work 24/7, and in my case, mostly on the weekend. I'm at a standstill and this is unacceptable.
