Logic Audio and ProTools LE on same computer ?

I am a intensive user of Logic Audio and recently I become a user of Pro Tools LE with Digi 001. I´m just wondered if really was possible to running the 2 progs on same time in the same machine. Even followthe steps in the manual, I can´t do this. After some research, I discover that the reason probably is because Logic and Pro Tools want to use the digi 001 MIDI driver in same time, but the driver doesn´t work in multclient, so , I disabled the midi driver in windows configuration, and then they work,
but even in that way, the progs doesn´t work well. All things in my system is impecable. The Pro Tools alone run just great, the Logic too, but both together, arghhhhhhh!
My sistem is Asus P4T, 256 Rambus, P4 1.7Ghz,
Asus mx4 Gforce 64mb, Gina 24/96, Midisport 2x2 USB, and Digi001.
Any help would be really great , thanks a lot
