Avids site is frustrating

Man there's has to be a easier way to download updates and such on the site. It's gets really confusing the more you read through the pages. I'm trying my best but I can't get PT9 to recognize my 003 console?, the firwire ports are ok, I checked them with the external drives on both 800 & 400 ports. Currently I have from my Imac 7,1 firewire 400 to to the digi003 console, and from the Imac 800 port convert to firewire 400 to my drives. I downloaded and installed the full installer 9.0.1, and planning on installing 9.0.2, then it says to install the drivers afterwards, when I get to the download for the drivers it only lists family of driver (mac), is that suppose to be for all macs?, Windows has separate downloads for the rack and console. Can someone please guide me, so far I've installed 9.0.1 & now from my understanding update to 9.0.2, (then) install the audio drivers, which by the way are in two different places? CALGON TAKE ME AWAY

Theres is a unified driver for both the 002 and 003 if I'm reading the download description correctly.

That's what it appears to me also. Will give it another go at it I guess.
