C24 select track when touching fader

Hi,

When i touch a fader my track is not selected, only the select switch do this action. I want to know if is there a way to select a track when i touch the fader ?
(There is nothing in the manual).

An other question is, it´s normal that when i press a send, the send view does not follow on my PC screen (when send is focus on one send with the little fader) ?
