I'm having the same problem and have submitted a support ticket, the support system is a bit of a mess so I have no idea if it's gone to the right place. I hope it has because I need to use pro tools this weekend!

Default Renew option missing Annual PT & web support down

The web support is down so I cannot even file a support ticket. My PT subscription expires at the end of March 2017 and there is no renew option. I tried processing the order via the support button, deselecting support, and keeping the subscription for $99 but when I tried to process the order, my credit card approved the $105 transaction but I received no confirmation of the transaction. I tried 3X so need this fixed and need to make sure I only get charged 1X thank you!

Got a reply on my case this morning stating my issue had been resolved. Went to my account and there it was, a shiny, new "Renew Support" button. Now I'm good until 3/31/2018, but why is it almost every time there's an issue? I'm willing to give Avid my money (I'd even give a "REASONABLE" amount to upgrade my HD 8.1.1 license to HD 10 if Avid would just wise up), but it's like pulling teeth every time, a payment issue this time, an iLok issue last time. Who's running the insane asylum?

Glad to hear it! I'm still waiting for mine to be resolved but I agree 1000%! If they made the upgrade from HD 8 to HD 10 reasonable I would jump on it!!

The issue impacting specific products has been resolved, and most customers should now see the "Renew Support" link included with a Pro Tools Upgrade Plan (while active or within the 30 day grace period) with the rest resolved later today.
