Not a very good idea to have a forward slash in a volume name with a UNIX based OS. If you're curious as to why just do a search on illegal characters in OSX.

The / character is used by the system in UNIX/OS X as the divider for the path name for file system structure. Any file, folder, volume, etc. using this character will cause havoc on your system and initiate all kinds of errors. You may use the _ character in file names instead.
