Default Addictive Drums don't play all midi notes?

Hey Guy's...
Just got Addictive Drums, from what I actually can hear, they sound really good but all of the midi notes don't play.

The three individual Tom drums don't play.

The interesting thing though is that the play with all of my other samplers...

EZ Drummer, Superior Drummer, Steven Slate Drums EX.

After clicking on every piano note in edit window, I had come to find that the sounds for the toms are all the way in the middle of the third octave.

Whereas the actual midi notes for the toms themselves are in the first octave and the other samplers play them just fine.

What's going on with Addictive drums?

Does anyone know what is happening here and how to fix this?

Thanks!

Have you contacted XLN Audio about the issue? They'll probably first recommend a re-install of the sample content.

Thanks... I just contacted them & awaiting their reply.

I did notice at their website that they mentioned about a new release update.
So before I went into addictive drums to find out which version I had, I went digging to find the addictive drums folder on the mac hard drive to see what I could find, and found a Keymap for addictive drums .

It does show the Tom drums listed way up there from F3 to C4.

Wow... I guess that's really different than the other samplers that I have since they play the midi notes for the toms which are all down in the first octave of the midi file.

So what now?

Is there anything I can do to get addictive drums to play the midi notes for the tom drums which are in the first octave of the midi file track so that it behaves like the other drum samplers that I have so that all the midi notes play and all the instruments in the kit play?

Thanks

Yeah, their keyboard mapping is way different than the others you mentioned, it's not general midi. They have a downloadable map you can install that shifts notes to the correct octave, etc. The notes in the C2 octave are fairly standard, but there's a lot of depth (cymbal chokes, different toms velocities) in the upper keys.
