Default Digi, Not the features, just the fixes for ppc users.

Ok, before this turns into another 20 page thread on a debate from digi users let me say I know I have done a ton of complaining in the forums the last few days, maybe prematurely.

Digi has not said there would be no future fixes for PT8 on ppc machines. On the other hand they haven't said they would do a fix either. All we know at this point is that they will monitor and go from there.

Well digi there is no need to monitor, you yourself said there are bugs and not small ones either. I mean the ones that cause systems to crash.
I am a long time user and let me report to you, your bug issues are accurate.

All i am asking for is a fix to those major issues. I understand and respect your decision to move on, Its inevitable. I am ok with that.
I would maybe do the same thing if I was in your shoes, but i wouldn't leave this many users high and dry on a less than adequate version. I know you announced some time ago this would happen, we just assumed the version you left us with would be a pretty good version not flawless by any means but a pretty stable version.

I am not here to cause trouble or debate the issue any longer. I am just one user who wants what i was sold.

Maybe other PPC and non PPC users alike can just chime in on the right decision to get us a fix. You don't have to be a non PPC user to understand the scenario.

Please people let's not debate any further. Just treat this thread as a petition to digi for a fix for pt8 on ppc machines thats all.

+1. It would be great if PPC can close out with stability in PT8.

PPC users need the best version possible for 8.0 and Leopard 10.5.8 Please restore cs updates to 8.0.x PPC users.

Not for their bottom line it wouldn't...you'd be even more afraid to leave it.

Why do we need 3 threads for this topic?

Seriously Spice, cant you just leave this thread be. I know its a free country but I just wanted a thread with no debates. Just a simple request from me to digi. Thats what the others were for until they got way of topic.

Kenny,
The other threads can be closed for all i care. They got way way out of hand. They ballooned into airline and car manufacturing discussions as well as writing computer code and a ton of other stuff.

This is nothing more than a request thread.

PPC users need and DESERVE the best version possible for 8.0 and Leopard 10.5.8 which we thought we paid for.

Please restore cs updates to 8.0.x PPC users.

They did veer off but I'm sure Digi is getting the point.

I don't think we need 3 threads for this though. It's kind of confusing.
