dalwdm.dll causing 6031 error and BSOD

Blue Screen o fDeath on shut down points to dalwdm.dll as problem...uninstalled/reinstalled/upgraded to PT 10.2 still has problem and frequent 6031 overloaded cpu error interrupts recording/playback. Have tried optimizing, defraging, removed UAD card...is there a place I can download the dalwdm.dll driver only ???

Need assistance....please....!!!
