Which MIDI Mode?
I'm using 5.0's MIDI sequencer for the first time and am inputing a drum part (kick, snare, hat)as a guide. I'm using a Drum Kat as the input device. My first question regards the PT click options. The click is playing quarter notes at 76bpm. Is it possible to make the click play eighth notes? I can't find the option to do so. In my first pass I recorded the drum part in one pass on to one MIDI track. My hope is to edit the part/s and correct timing errors, try different kick patterns, etc. Should I input each instrument (kick, snare, hat) on to seperate MIDI tracks instead of one track? If so, how is this done?
Thanks for your input. |
