Hi,

What Mac operating system are you running?

Is this a disk install or a download install?

You can purchase an upgrade from Pro Tools 8 LE to Pro Tools 10 at the Avid online store. The current 10.3.3 release is supported on Mountain Lion. Check all the systems requirements and specs before purchasing the upgrade, you can also try a eval license for Pro Tools 10 (requires an iLok) before purchasing the upgrade.
